Exit Survey for Graduating Ph.D.s

Welcome to the Graduate Division Exit Survey for graduating doctoral students!

To begin the survey, please login!

In an effort to continue to improve the programs and resources at UCI for future graduate students, UCI's Graduate Council requires all graduating doctoral students to provide valuable information about your experiences as a graduate student. All responses will be kept confidential and used only for statistical purposes. Your UCInetID is requested so we can use existing demographic data in order to minimize the length of the survey. Your opinions will be used to make important decisions. This survey consists of six pages and should only require 20 or 30 minutes for completion.

Please note that you will need to complete the survey in one session. That is, you may not partially complete the survey and return to complete it at a later time. Also, you must answer all of the survey questions.

After submitting the survey, you will receive a confirmation page via e-mail. Present a hardcopy of the confirmation page, together with your dissertation and final degree paperwork, to the University Archivist (525 Langson Library).

Thank you for your help and we wish you success in your future endeavors.
